Well, I have designed this class for you! Runner’s core and stretch will help you get strong and flexible, and give your body time to rest. This means that you will:

  • Run faster
  • Run further
  • Run with ease
  • Stay injury free

This is only for the committed though! As you are signing up to a 50 minute class a week, plus ‘homework’.
